The total stay was relaxing for a wedding. Large room, coffee and tea making equipment, a sitting area, and a work desk were a nice surprise. And the bathroom was fairly clean. Location: the hotel was very close to several restaurants, and Paul's Valley. And it was at a medium distance from Riviera Maya, ate there couple of times.

As for me, the location is good and pleasant, in the middle of jackson. There are large rooms with fairly clean bathrooms.

The so-called complimentary breakfast woudl ve been a nice touch, if only there were, you know, actual utensils. Finding dog poop in the "green area" was a lovely surprise-thank you for that! As the only guest who deserves an upgrade, i expected a warm welcome, but just couldn't find it here.

Comfortable and Quiet Stay
We were super happy with the fresh and clean bedding! It was quiet, so we got some good sleep. The breakfast was nice too, though we didn't get to eat much. Just a heads up, the food choices could be better. Otherwise, it was solid!

The staff was super friendly, and we loved the comfortable rooms. We played a round of golf at the local course and enjoyed a tasty BBQ at the Pig Shop. Pro tip, request a north-facing room to avoid freeway noise for a better night's sleep.
We did have a minor hiccup with the breakfast options-it was quite limited and not very appetizing.
